✔ Contact Information (Name, job title, phone, email, website, etc.) 

✔ Branding Details (Corporate colours, fonts, and design preferences if known) 

✔ Social Media Links (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) - If ordering HTML format 

✔ Optional: Images or Photograph (Minimum 72dpi resolution)

Custom Design – Our team will create a bespoke email signature design tailored to your branding. Proof & Revisions – Up to two (2) rounds of changes to refine the design. Final Files – Delivered in JPEG format (header & footer files).
